The Baltimore Ravens thin secondary suffered another blow Friday as cornerback Dominique Foxworth tore his ACL and will miss the entire 2010 season.
Foxworth suffered the injury while practicing with the team Thursday. Baltimore is already short on cornerbacks, as Fabian Washington and Lardarius Webb are returning fro ACL injuries of their own and All-Pro safety Ed Reed may miss the first six weeks of the season as he is on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
Foxworth was a third-round pick in 2005 by the Denver Broncos. He spent three seasons there and one in Atlanta before signing a four-year, $28-million contract with Baltimore prior to the 2009 season.
